01Scope & who we are
MillionClix ("MillionClix," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital studio that builds websites and software, runs performance marketing, manages advertising, and provides hosting and applied-AI services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit millionclix.com, contact us, or use the platforms and services we host and operate.
We act in two distinct roles. For our own website and marketing, we are the controller of the data we collect. When we host websites, run ad campaigns, build reports, track leads, or store media on behalf of a client, we generally act as a service provider / processor handling data under that client's instructions and privacy policy.

- Contact and brief details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, company, project needs, and message.
- Account credentials and profile details when you register for our client CMS or platform.
- Any content you upload to your account, including media, assets, copy, and campaign materials.

04Client & platform data
Our platform is multi-tenant: many clients use shared infrastructure while their data remains logically separated. Each client controls its own account, users, and the personal data its end users provide.
- Client responsibility. Clients are the controllers of the data they collect through sites and campaigns we host, and are responsible for having their own lawful basis, notices, and consents in place.
- Our responsibility. We process that data only to provide the contracted services — hosting, ad management, reporting, lead tracking, and media storage — and under the terms of our services agreement.
- Access controls. Access to client environments is limited to authorized personnel and protected by authentication and tenant isolation.
06Advertising & analytics
As part of our performance-marketing services, we work with advertising and analytics platforms that may set cookies or use identifiers to measure campaigns and attribute conversions. These platforms process data under their own policies. Where we run campaigns for a client, that activity is governed by the client's privacy notices and our agreement with them.
08Retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client and platform data is retained according to the relevant services agreement. We use technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation — to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights regarding data we control, contact us using the details below. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a client, we will refer you to — or coordinate with — that client.
10Children's privacy
Our website and platform are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
11Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
